Basic Package (Routine Maintenance Cleaning)

The Silver Package is designed to keep homes consistently clean through regular scheduled visits.

Living Room & Dining Area

• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Dust and wipe coffee tables, side tables, and TV stand
• Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
• Arrange cushions neatly
• Sweep and vacuum floors
• Mop hard floors
• Empty waste bins and replace liners
• Dust window sills (accessible areas)

Bedrooms

• Make and straighten beds
• Dust furniture and accessible surfaces
• Clean mirrors
• Sweep or vacuum floors
• Mop hard floors
• Empty waste bins

Kitchen

• Wipe and disinfect countertops
• Clean sink and faucets
• Wipe cabinet exteriors
• Clean stovetop surface
• Wipe microwave exterior
• Wipe appliance exteriors (refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.)
• Sweep and mop the floor
• Empty waste bin

Bathrooms & Toilets

• Clean and disinfect toilet
• Scrub shower area and bathtub
• Clean washbasin and countertops
• Wipe faucets and fixtures
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty waste bins
• Refill toiletries if provided by the client

General Tasks

• Dust light switches and door handles
• Remove cobwebs from accessible areas
• Spot clean fingerprints on doors
• Deodorize rooms
• Final inspection before departure
